Meet the woman behind Poppy Finch - Amanda He. She's a dreamer, a doer, a banker turned designer who left investment banking in 2014 and launched POPPY FINCH. Following her vision to create consciously crafted fine jewellery without the typical high retail markup, Amanda started working with local artisans, certified recycled gold suppliers, and trusted gemstone suppliers from all around the world who shared common ethical and sustainable values. She was set out to reinvent an established industry by putting a focus on sustainability. Combined with modern and thoughtful designs, meticulous details, and a strict quality standard, POPPY FINCH is made for all the modern women who value not only beauty, but also its environmental and social impact.
Where did the name Poppy Finch come from?
Poppy - an old English name that Amanda loves. It is feminine, happy and free spirited.
Finch – The spiritual meanings of a Finch really resonated with Amanda when she decided to take a chance in life to pursue her passion. It symbolizes transformation, a new phase in life that brings happiness.
The two words brought the very essence of brand together. To all the women who wear Poppy Finch, we want to remind her to always follow her heart and not be afraid to make changes in life.
